NEW CLIENTS
All new clients are required to have a consultation before receiving any service. A $45 non-refundable deposit is required, and will go towards your service if you choose to book. PLEASE DO NOT book an appointment without a consultation. It will be canceled.
booking policy & reminders
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY below before reserving appointments, as some rules, services and prices may be changed!
All appointments will be made online through Acuity. Please select the exact service you will need. Add-on options have been provided for anything extra.
Payments can be made via Cash, Zelle & Apple Pay.
No extra guests! No children unless being serviced!
All reminders and notifications will come through Acuity. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking, and a reminder text/email 24 hours before your appointment. It is strongly suggested to add appointments to your personal calendars.

late policy
There is a 10min grace period. If you are running late, please communicate that. After 10mins without communication, your appointment is automatically cancelled. You will have to reschedule online.
no show policy
No Call-No Show will result in not being able to book any future appointments for a year.
Health & Safety policy
Masks are not mandatory, however if you are sick, or have symptoms, please let us know and RESCHEDULE your appointment. If you come to your appointment and you appear sick, we will cancel it. We thank you in advance for your full support so we can continue to provide services in a way that supports the health and well-being of our staff and all clients in our space.
